Maison des Talons is an advanced contemporary Swiss footwear brand, founded by  Susanne Villiger and Bettina Bieler in 2011. Recently, Susanne's sister Christina joined the team and the company is now run by the three of them. 

Maison des Talons’ creations are quirky and free spirited, flavoured with rock’n’roll and a taste of rebel, paired with European class and finesse.

Susanne has acquired a strong technical knowledge in footwear design at the Istituto Marangoni in Milano where she aquired a Master Degree in shoes and accessories design, graduating with first class honours. For almost a decade the talented designer kept on refining her skills along side masters like Alessandro Dell’ Acqua, Bruno Pieters and Antonio Berardi, honig her design skills by creating shoes for several international fashion brands like Hugo Boss, Donna Karan, Bikkembergs and Alessandro dell’ Acqua in New York, Milano and Zurich.

Bettina graduated at the University of Zurich with a Master in Business Administration and Communications. She established solid business knowledge working in the field of Business Development, Marketing and Communications for luxury brands in an international environment. She used to live and work for almost a decade in Hong Kong and China. 

Christina is a digital marketing and social media professional with a sound background in law and economics from the University of Bern. She brings along over 15 years of experience in the field of digital and social media.

Working with the mobile VAS company MINICK, she has created and managed international digital marketing campaigns for productions and artists with entertainment giants like Universal, BMG, Sony, Bertelsmann, Bauer, Channel4, RTL and Endemol.

The team of Maison des Talons lives and works in Zurich and Los Angeles.
